What will the on-site registration fees be?
Answer:
If you decide to register at the door, the price increases to $55/student and $65/adult.

What is included in my registration fee?
Answer:
All of the general sessions and workshops. Lunch and dinner are also included with registration. This conference package is valued at $100, and we are providing it to you for only $50!

What airport should I fly into?
Answer:
We recommend flying into Ronald Reagan National—DCA Airport. From this airport, there is subway service to the hotel. Other choices are Washington DC/Dulles—IAD or Baltimore/Washington International—BWI.
Question:
How should I arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Answer:
From DCA, take the Metro Yellow Line/Mt. Vernon Square to the Gallery Place-Chinatown stop. Then transfer to the Red Line/Shady Grove. Get off atthe White Flint stop. From IAD, take the Metrobus 5A to L’Enfant Plaza Metro station. Then take the Red Line/Shady Grove to the White Flint stop. From BWI, take the Metrobus B30 to Greenbelt Metro station. Take Green Line/Branch Ave to the Fort Totten stop and switch to the Red Line/Shady Grove line. Get off at the White Flint stop. If you are traveling from IAD or BWI with a group, check out the rates for a Super Shuttle at www.supershuttle.com.

How do I get to the hotel using Metro?
Answer:
The hotel is closest to the White Flint station on the Metro Red Line. When you leave the White Flint station, go West on Marinelli Road toward Citadel Avenue. Take a slight left to stay on Marinelli Road. The hotel will be on the right. The hotel is about 0.3 miles from the Metro stop, about a 6-minute walk. Times and schedules for the Metro and bus can be found at http://www.wmata.com/

How much is parking at the event?
Answer:
Parking for both cars and buses is free.

What age group is this conference geared towards?
Answer:
This conference is for adults, college, and high school students. Most of the materials covered are suitable for middle school aged students as well. We will also be offering workshops directed towards teens, medical students, and law students.
Question:
The conference falls on a Sunday. Will you be providing religious services?
Answer:
Yes, we will be offering a mass and a non-denominational service at the hotel.
